My Modalities

Ho’oponopono

I have been trained in Ho’oponopono, and I consistently use this powerful healing practice to achieve inner peace for myself, my family, friends, clients, and students.

Ho’oponopono is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation, forgiveness, and healing. It is rooted in restoring balance and harmony within oneself and others by addressing emotional and energetic imbalances. The word “Ho’oponopono” roughly translates to “make things right” or “to correct an error.”

What Does a Ho’oponopono Practitioner Do?

A Ho’oponopono practitioner facilitates the process of healing and transformation by guiding individuals or groups through the practice’s principles and techniques. Their role includes:

Creating a Safe Space: The practitioner provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for individuals to explore their emotions, relationships, and experiences.

Guiding the Process: They lead participants through the Ho’oponopono process, which typically involves four key phrases:

  • “I’m sorry” (Acknowledging responsibility for any part you play in the situation).
  • “Please forgive me” (Asking for forgiveness for unconscious or conscious actions contributing to the issue).
  • “Thank you” (Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to grow and heal).
  • “I love you” (Offering unconditional love to yourself, others, or the situation).

Helping Identify Issues: The practitioner assists in uncovering emotional blocks, unresolved conflicts, or patterns contributing to personal or relational disharmony.

Facilitating Forgiveness: They encourage the release of resentment, guilt, and other negative emotions to promote healing and understanding.

Empowering Clients: Ho’oponopono practitioners teach individuals to take responsibility for their reality and show how they can use the practice as a tool for self-healing.
